This website, www.wechangebeaubourg.com (the “Website”) is operated by MoneyMo (“MoneyMo” or “we” or “our” or “WE CHANGE Beaubourg” or “WE CHANGE”) for its own account and that of its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. Access is provided in accordance with WE CHANGE Beaubourg's Online General Conditions. These terms of use and general terms of sale, as well as all other documents referred to and accessible via a hyperlink in these Online General Conditions, are deemed incorporated by reference. By using the Website, you indicate that you accept the Online General Conditions and the provisions incorporated by reference and that you will comply with them. If you do not accept the Online General Conditions, please do not use the Website.

2) General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Online Currency Purchase for Your Trip

This online purchase service (the "Service") is provided by MoneyMo (or “WE CHANGE” or “WE CHANGE Beaubourg”). These General Conditions apply to the online foreign currency purchase service.

Use of the Online Purchase Service (Online Store and Payment)

The Service is only available to individuals aged 18 or older who hold one of the major bank cards (Visa & Mastercard, excluding e-cards or virtual cards) issued in mainland France. The Service can only be used to order foreign currencies for your trips and not for speculative, investment, or other purposes. By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Online General Conditions and agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The Service is only available for the currencies listed on the online order screen at the time of the order. All orders must have a minimum amount of 100 € including VAT and a maximum amount of 4,000 € including VAT per person and per day. These two (2) minimum and maximum payment amounts by bank card are subject to change without notice. Currency availability may also be subject to other restrictions that MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg may apply without notice. In any event, customers must always comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering.

Due to different ancillary costs, you may not obtain the rates available on the Website in our offices unless you have pre-ordered your currencies on the Website.

How to Place an Order

You can place an order 2 to 8 business days before the pick-up date. These deadlines vary depending on the currencies ordered, and MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg reserves the right to modify the deadlines below without notice.

You must order the following currencies at least 2 business days before the pick-up date (or contact us by phone or email to see if shorter availability is possible as it is sometimes possible! So do not hesitate to contact us), provided we receive your order no later than 12:00 noon (Paris time) on the day of your order:

  • AUD
  • CAD
  • CHF
  • DKK
  • GBP
  • JPY
  • NOK
  • SEK
  • USD

For all other currencies, you must place an order at least 4 business days before the pick-up date, subject to MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg receiving your order no later than 12:00 noon (Paris time) on the day of your order.

To place an order, follow the instructions displayed on your screen. Once you are on the order screen, you must finalize your order within 30 minutes; after this period, your session will expire, and you will need to start the ordering process from the beginning.

You can correct errors on your order as long as you have not clicked "Pay Now" on the screen gathering the details of your order.

You will be asked to pay for your order by bank card when you place your order. The indicated exchange rates may vary. Our commercial proposal indicating the exchange rate appears on the order screen when you place your order.

You must provide the requested information to allow us to process your order. We reserve the right to ask you for additional information at any time to allow us to process your order and/or comply with regulatory requirements. We use various procedures to authenticate each transaction and may at any time before the delivery of the currencies refuse to process all or part of your order, especially in case of non-compliance with these Online General Conditions.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information mentioned is correct in all respects. At the end of your order, the system will display a confirmation screen indicating the details of your order. It serves as an acknowledgment of receipt of your order. A contract between you and us is only concluded when we send you an email confirming that your bank card has been accepted.

The order constitutes an offer to purchase the Service by the customer. The order will only be considered accepted, and the contract between the parties formed upon receipt by the customer of an email confirming that the transaction has been accepted.

Please print or store a copy of the confirmation screen and print or store the confirmation email in a safe place, as it will be the only proof of your transaction.

You will be informed in case of unavailability of an item and may be refunded within 30 (thirty) days.

Fees

The total amount you must pay (excluding any fees charged by your credit or debit card issuer) appears on the order screen. You can pay for your orders with the major bank cards (Visa & Mastercard, excluding e-cards or virtual cards) issued in mainland France, provided that the said bank card is registered in your name and that you have sufficient funds to cover your order and any applicable fees.

The credit or debit card issuer may charge processing or cash advance fees.

Picking Up Your Order at a MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg Office

The delivery of funds takes place during the opening hours of the MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg exchange office. The opening hours of this office will be specified to you when you place your order and are listed on the Website. Please allow sufficient time to collect your funds before your departure.

Please note that to collect the funds, you will need to present the bank card used to pay for the order. The collection of funds can only be carried out by the person whose name appears in the confirmation email sent by MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg following the order. The person collecting the funds must present one of the following identity documents: passport issued by the French State, French national identity card, residence permit or card in France.

The first and last name of the bank cardholder used to pay for the order must match the first and last name indicated on the identification document(s) provided when placing the order and presented when collecting the funds.

To enable MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and other applicable legal obligations, as well as its internal risk and fraud policies, MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg reserves the right to ask you for information and/or supporting documents (proof of address, for example) and the right to make a copy of these documents.

Order Cancellation

Since we have no control over exchange rate fluctuations, we cannot cancel an order that you have picked up at the agency.

If you have not collected your order, you can request a cancellation and refund within 14 working days following the date of the initial order.

Beyond this period, MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 50€ per order.

Uncollected Orders

If you do not collect your order from the WE CHANGE Beaubourg exchange office within 72 hours following the pick-up date indicated by the customer when placing the order, your order will be treated as "uncollected."

If your order is considered "Uncollected" within 14 working days following your order, we will refund you the euro amount corresponding to your order amount.

If your order is considered "Uncollected" beyond 14 days after your order, MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 50€ per order.

Refund

MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg will diligently process cancellation requests and uncollected orders.

Following the receipt of a cancellation request or in the event of an uncollected order, MoneyMo / WE CHANGE Beaubourg will refund within a period of 2 to 10 days by crediting the bank card used for the order.

Corrections and Complaints

If you wish to make comments or file a complaint, please contact us: by email at contact@wechangebeaubourg.com or by phone at 01.40.24.00.35 (between 10 am and 5 pm (Paris time) Monday to Friday and from 11 am to 5 pm (Paris time) on Saturday) or by writing to WE CHANGE Beaubourg, Customer Service, 36 Rue Rambuteau, 75003 Paris.

Customer service records the details of the complaint and immediately begins investigating the circumstances.

To help us in our efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Brief description of your complaint
  • Copies of any relevant information

We will regularly inform you of the progress of your request, which we will endeavor to process as quickly as possible. Our goal is to respond to your complaint within fifteen working days. We will immediately notify you of any additional time required for our investigation and provide you with an estimate of that time. Once our investigation is complete, we will inform you of our conclusions and final decision.

If the response provided does not satisfy you or if there is an absence of a response to your complaint for a period equal to two months, you may contact in writing, free of charge and without prejudice to the referral to a competent court.

Modification of Conditions

We may at any time, with immediate effect for future orders, modify, suspend, or delete the Website, the Service, and these Online General Conditions, without notice and without obligation to you. If we revise these conditions, we will insert the revised version on the Website. It is the consumer's responsibility to review the Online General Conditions each time you place an order on the site. Each order constitutes acceptance of the Online General Conditions in their current version, and any changes will be indicated.

The last update of these Online General Conditions was on January 1, 2022.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction and Language

These General Conditions are governed by French law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.

The language used during the contractual relationship is French.
